The growing seed...

It was a cold Thursday night when Allan and Paul set off for the town centre of Darlington. This was Paul's first full Ultimate Treasure Hunt.
Several contacts were made, with a variety of responses. One couple seemed to fit a few clues from both Allan's and Paul's cards, but although the gentleman was willing to stop and see what we were all about, the lady whisked him away saying that they were in a rush. Frustrating when that happens but I feel that at least he showed he was open and his chance may well come again.
The best contact was with a chap called David. Without going to details, we are praying he will be at King's soon! He had heard of King's before, without ever actually attending, and was persuaded a little more tonight! The seed within him is growing, it seems.

Fifth Gear

TREASURE HUNT FOR 14TH OCT

Fifth Gear
Treasure hunter: Toni, Allan, Stan, James and Paul

WOW treasure hunt tonight was fab.  We did ask god to kick it into fast forward and show us some real life changing seed sowing moments while we were out walking the dog!  Lol… Guess what,  he did!!!  Wow God you’ve shown me how to do Treasure Hunt tonight I feel more equipped and inspired than ever before.
Tonight I can inform all you reading this that we between us have sown around 30 seeds.  By that I mean we have approached spoken to and or prayed for around 30 people!  People aren’t so against God as we may think.  Most of these people that were approached were open to being prayed for apart from some train station taxi drivers they weren’t so keen! lol did that stop us? No! ;)

Both Allan  and I felt we were looking for a lady in her 30’s blond hair brushed back well,  we approached a fair few that matched that description and I managed to offend one of them by telling her she match my description of being blond pretty and 30 ish !! She was not impressed and was so disgusted in me she walked off.  Turns out she was 18! My mistake oopps I have a big mouth.
I have to say James was a big big star for tonight.  He was straight in with the clues just went with the flow and approached multiple of people including groups  offering himself to pray and be part of the Treasure Hunt.  He has become our inspiration!
Here are a few people we approached/prayed for:
1 John
John
Iranian man called David
Michael with puppy called Rooney
Kia
David
Paul
Kelly
Lindsey
Garry
Alex
Christian couple and their daughter who said they’d pray for us on our rounds.

Wahey what a night!
